The efergy smart meter can be safely installed in minutes with no need for expert knowledge or assistance. 1. | Insert batteries in the transmitter and the display unit, and push the Link button | | 2. | Insert the sensor plug into any of the 3 sockets provided on the transmitter | | 3. | Locate your electricity meter and find the live feed cable | | 4. | Clip the sensor around the feed wire suppling electricity to the home or office. The clip is designed to fit a 11mm wire and reads the total current being drawn by the whole house.
